The weather was a bit grim when we arrived but the second half of our slot was filled with blue skies and beautiful sunshine. The backdrop of the vineyard and beautiful trees in their autumnal colours was amazing. The dogs had loads of space to stretch their legs and sniff around. There was also a big bit of climbing apparatus that they conquered eventually. Our cockapoo isn’t amazing with other dogs so is normally on a longline lead. It was so lovely to see him running and exploring in a safe place. There was a portaloo, rubbish bins and a sheltered area on the site as well as ample parking for bigger groups. Opening the first gate is tricky the padlock is hard to see and grip and you have to leave your car on the road whilst you open it.
